Located on one of the finest lots in the prestigious Chataqua neighborhood and backing up to the beautiful Boulder Flatirons, this home was designed to be seamlessly integrated with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. This home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 powder rooms (1 on each level).

Fabulous structural timber truss work helps to frame each area of this home. The backyard was designed to be the highlight of this home, and features a fabulous terraced patio system formed by the use of large granite moss rock boulders. Extra attention was also paid to the master suite of this home, which contains a distinct sitting area and sleeping chamber, his and hers walk-in closets, a large, 5-piece master bathroom, and its own covered patio accessible from the sitting area. The basement also features a large gym that includes a cold plunge and sauna.
