Woodridge Drive Custom Home

This project in The Farm at Woodridge gated community in North Longmont is a perfect demonstration of Sopris Homes’ ability to execute a luxury custom home project at a reasonable price point and in an extremely short timeframe. Design of this home took only two months, and construction took less than eight months, allowing our customers to move in less than a year after formally starting the design-build process of this home with Sopris.

This two-story home features 4,303 square feet, four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a powder room. Large decks on both the main level and off of the master bedroom take full advantage of the tremendous views of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains to the West. The great room, which features a 2-story tile-faced fireplace stack, allows an abundance of natural light to enter the home. The kitchen is adorned with beautiful Alder cabinetry from Tharp Cabinets, Jennair appliances, and Delta faucets and plumbing fixtures. Exterior materials include an elegant mix of Vesta metal siding, stucco, masonry, and both concrete tile and metal roofing materials.

This home is full Net Zero Energy and boasts two high efficiency heat pump units for heating and cooling, two tankless water heaters with recirculation, a roof-mounted solar array, and a three-car garage with custom wood garage doors.
