Marshall Fire Rebuilds

The Marshall Fire, which erupted in Boulder, Colorado on December 30, 2021, was a devastating and fast-moving wildfire that spread to Louisville, Superior and unincorporated Boulder County, resulting in the destruction of over one thousand homes.

In response, Sopris Homes has swiftly taken action to assist displaced residents. Our team has been working diligently to rebuild numerous homes, with additional projects in the pipeline, ensuring they are comfortable, fire-resistant, and energy-efficient. We are proud to have welcomed seven families back home, with many more to come.
